Recruiting the Wolf Pack
We hope you will join the rapidly growing list of employers and graduate programs that recognize the value of recruiting at Loyola University New Orleans.
Employers who have consistent visibility with Loyola students have more success recruiting our best and most qualified students. Create excitement about your organization's opportunities by getting in front of them often and with a clear message. From participating in career workshops or information sessions to attendance at career fairs, we can help you connect with students and alumni to inform them about your organization and opportunities.
Contact career@loyno.edu to design an effective recruitment plan that works for you.
Here are some of the ways you can develop a presence and recruit on campus:
Employer Spotlight
Get in the middle of where students are. Arrange to have an information table in the high-traffic lane of the Danna Center during lunchtime. Distribute information, make connections, and discuss details about your organization or business. Partner an information table with an information session, and watch your attendance grow. Employer Spotlight takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm - 2:00pm during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Employer Information Session
Host an information session where you share information with students about your workplace and career opportunities. These sessions usually last an hour and include time to answer questions and talk informally with students.
On-Campus Interviewing
Enhance Your Recruitment Process with On-Campus Interviews! Take advantage of our dedicated interview space to streamline your recruitment process and engage with top talent from Loyola University. Our secure and well-equipped interview room provides an ideal setting to build meaningful connections with our students, allowing you to efficiently conduct interviews in one or two days.
To ensure the best experience for both you and the students, we kindly request that you schedule your interview room at least two weeks in advance. This lead time helps us ensure that a solid number of qualified applicants are available for your interviews. Email us to get the conversation started.
Career Fairs

Coffee Chats
A coffee chat is an informal way for students to meet with company representatives to learn more about jobs, internships, and company culture. Coffee chats are most successful when scheduled in coordination with other recruiting events to ensure good student turn-out.
Partner with Student Organizations
Partnering with student organizations can be an authentic and powerful strategy to promote your company's brand on-campus.
