Bio

Erin Raggio (she/her) serves as the Assistant Director and Certified STEM Career Coach at Loyola University New Orleans. Her career journey has taken her across eight industries and several continents, from fashion and hospitality in New York City, to counseling young adults in a private practice, to agile coaching for a software company in New Zealand. These experiences shaped her belief that meaningful work begins with knowing your strengths, understanding your values, and choosing paths aligned with both.

At Loyola, Erin partners with more than 900 STEM students, guiding them as they clarify who they are, what they want, and how to move toward fulfilling and sustainable careers. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and empowerment.

Erin also plays a key leadership role within the Career Development Center, where she helped rebrand the office, expand campus engagement, and cultivate a collaborative, purpose-driven team culture. She is passionate about creating environments where students and colleagues feel supported, connected, and confident in their growth.
