Recruiting On-Campus & Virtually
We hope you will join the rapidly growing list of employers and graduate programs that recognize the value of recruiting on-campus at Loyola University New Orleans.
Employers who have consistent visibility with Loyola students have more success recruiting our best and most qualified students. Create excitement about your organization's opportunities by getting in front of them often and with a clear message. From participating in career workshops or information sessions to attendance at career fairs, we can help you connect with students and alumni to inform them about your organization and opportunities.

Here are some of the ways you can develop a presence and recruit on campus:
Get in the middle of where students are. Arrange to have an information table in the high-traffic lane of the Danna Center during lunchtime. Distribute information, make connections, and discuss details about your organization or business. Partner an information table with an information session, and watch your attendance grow. Employer Spotlight takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am - 2:00pm during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Employer Information Session
Host an information session where you share information with students about your workplace and career opportunities. These sessions usually last an hour and include time to answer questions and talk informally with students.
Knock out your interviews with Loyola students in just one or two days. We’ll organize an interview schedule on our campus for your selected candidates. This option also allows students to interview in between classes and not worry about transportation to your office. We take care of all the details; you just show up. Plus, we have a new office that includes two interview rooms that can be reserved by our employer partners! Email us to get the conversation started.
Loyola University New Orleans coordinates several career fairs every academic year. Click here for more information about our typical yearly career fair schedule. For specific information and to register for open career fairs, login to your Handshake account.
A coffee chat is an informal way for students to meet with company representatives to learn more about jobs, internships, and company culture. Coffee chats are most successful when scheduled in coordination with other recruiting events to ensure good student turn-out.
